5 Steps for Writing the Perfect Cover Letter.

STEP NO:01 Format of cover letter

Length: A letter of application should be no more than one page long.

STEP NO: 02 Parts of Cover Letter 

Coverletter must be divided into 4 parts, not more than 4. This would be a perfect cover letter. The 1st one will be the contact information and 3 parts for writing the introduction, body and closing.

STEP NO:03 Contact information

Coverletter will start with the Header: 

Your First and last name Email address (make sure it's professional and not any outdated or informal email), Phone number (the phone number should be personal not the professional) Postal address (optional) Linkedin profile link (optional)

Then enter the following under your contact details:

today's date, the first and last name of your conversation partner or the responsible department, the company address, the company telephone number( must do some searching about hiring manager)

The email address of the hiring manager or the company. After contact details, the salutation (Dear Hiring Manager)  makes a good impression on the employee. 

STEP NO: 04  Make a hook to get employees' attention

Introduction: tell the employee, who you are and the position you are applying for, and where or how you found the opening. Also, state summary qualification interest in the position. the title and job I'd number it must be clear and concise.

STEP NO:05 Redraft 

Once the cover letter is done, redraft it, again and again, proofreading, checking grammar, number, name, and dates. These minor mistakes might cause problems.
