The answer: the success of my project goes to my punctuality and my dedication to the project. It also refers to the good professional employment and the good working environment that this company provides.

*. Describe a challenge or problem you have faced and how did you handle it?

This question puts you in a problematic situation. The employer wants to know the kind of problems that you can handle.

Answer:  During my previous work experience, I managed to solve a problem related to the firm management. I resolved this problem because I am very careful to the details and I always check the assigned tasks.

*. Tell me what would you do if you have a heavy workload? Are willing to work on holidays and during days off?

This situational question is meant to see your organizing tips and your sacrifices for the job.

Answer: It is very possible to have an extra workload on some occasions. I think being organized and being flexible with the team can simplify the heavy load. Concerning holidays, I am willing to work, if the situation requires that.

3. Behavioral Questions and Answers for Managers:

*. You are working with a team of employees, but some of your team members constantly opposes your ideas. So, how do you respond to him/her?

This question tests your ability to work with a team and the ways you can overpass communicative problems.

*. How would you tell a colleague that he/she was underperforming?
